The brass alloy group is the result of the combination of two metals of copper and zinc and a small amount of other metals such as lead, aluminum and …… which, depending on the various percentage of copper in the alloy, are divided into two groups of well-turning alloys and well-forging alloys. The main use of this group of alloys is in the production of water and gas valves and fittings. The sections made of well-turning alloys are suitable for turning operations and the sections made of well-forging alloys are very suitable for hot forming and then turning and machining, etc., for which are widely being used.

The brass sections produced by the extrusion operations are of a variety of geometric shapes, as shown in the following screenshots. These geometric shapes are based on the customer’s order, and the design and engineering unit of the company is able to design the necessary templates and produce the custom products.

These custom brass sections such as brass bands which are used to produce the key-housing for locks and the brass bands used to make the filtered valve, the washing machine valve and so on.

Samak Aliyazh have a full line of billet casting in accordance with international standard alloys and a complete production line for the production of brass rods and other brass sections by extruding process.

The well-equipped chemical laboratory with ability of performing the necessary chemical analysis and other necessary machinery, Samak Aliyazh is capable of producing brass rods, 4 and 6 sided Brass bars and brass geometric sections from  all types of alloys in the scope of 9 to 40 mm diameter according to the requirements of our customers and in accordance with the following tables.
